Chubb Grille Gates & Grillwork are bespoke products custom designed and manufactured for each customer according to your requirements to secure corridors and pre-vault areas and within the strong room itself. Grille gates can be supplied as single or double-leaf and secured by dual-locking and control key locks. Alternative remote and electronic locking is available using the Gunnebo SafeLock Two access control locking system (see Locks).

Chubb Inner Blockade is designed as an emergency release of vault doors in the event that a staff member is inadvertently locked inside a strong room. Blockade can be installed on new orders of vault doors as an optional extra or retro-fitted to existing doors.

Chubb FD20 strong room cupboard is constructed of 3mm steel and is designed for installation within your strong room for storing valuables such as cash or cheque books, or for individual staff members such as cashiers or custodians. The FD20 is available with a choice on internal fittings to suit your requirements including fixed or adjustable shelves and lockable compartments. The cupboard is secured as standard with two three-wheel mechanical keyless combinations locks and alternative or additional locking systems are available.

Chubb SLD60 sliding door strong room cupboard is constructed of 3mm steel plate and is designed for installation within your strong room for storing valuables such as cash or cheque books, or for individual staff members such as cashiers or custodians. The SLD60 with sliding doors is ideal where space is limited and is supplied as a base unit only or with the addition of a top cupboard and is available with a choice on internal fittings to suit your requirements, including fixed or adjustable shelves and lockable compartments. The cupboard is secured as standard by two key locks per unit and alternative or additional locking systems are available. |

Protectair vault ventilator system allows cool, air conditioned air to enter the strong room without compromising security. Protectair contains special barrier materials that meet the highest security specifications and all moving parts are contained within the vault area and so are only accessible once the strong room has been opened. Protectair is operated by an electric switch connected to the air conditioning system or can be operated manually in the event of a power failure.

Chubb Drop-Shut Ventilator is designed for installation in secured archive and record rooms where it is advisable keep the area ventilated for the benefit of staff and to prevent the degradation of documents and data. In the event of a fire the ventilator will automatically shut when temperatures exceed 100oC. The drop-shut ventilator is available with a double-end grille or single-end grille where the wall is not sufficiently thick.
